Operation Smile volunteers
Operation Smile is a private, nonprofit, volunteer medical services organization providing reconstructive surgery and related health care to indigent children and young adults in the United States and developing countries. Operation Smile provides education and training to physicians and other health professionals to achieve long-term self sufficiency.
Description
Operation Smile brings together health professionals within the public and private sectors to provide voluntary care to improve the quality of life for the children, families and communities that share in the Operation Smile experience. By creating domestic and international partnerships, Operation Smile builds trust, bridges cultures and bestows diginity at home and abroad.
